In a world bent on defining people by race sexuality and culture, we aim to erase social constructs that isolate one group of people to the next. Story has the powerful ability of engaging the audience by making them empathize with the protagonist, relate with another human being and understand why they made the choices they made. This is the first step in reconciling the isolation that happens by judgement. This is why theatre is important to us. Creating Genesis is creating the ability to see each other as family.
